Subscription Policy

Wildridge LLC ("Wildridge") offers subscription ordering through wildridge.pet so you can receive your dog's food on a recurring schedule. By enrolling in a subscription you agree to the terms below.

How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription option, your order renews automatically at the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method is charged for each recurring order until you cancel.

The price, the shipping charge, applicable taxes and the delivery frequency are all shown before you complete your subscription purchase, and the amount that will bill each cycle is stated next to the button you press.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. By starting a subscription you authorize Wildridge and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order. You do not need to place a new order each time.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before that order is processed. Once an order has been processed we may not be able to stop that shipment.

There is no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Every order and delivery email we send carries a link that manages your subscription. Open it and you can change the schedule or cancel outright. There is no account to create, no password to remember, and nobody you need to ask.

Changing your subscription

You can change your delivery frequency or quantity from the same link, before the next order is processed. A change made after an order has been processed applies to the order after it.

Subscription pricing

Your subscription price is shown when you enroll and again in the email confirming it. If we change the price of your subscription we will tell you in advance, before the new price applies to a future recurring order. Applicable taxes and the shipping charge also apply.

Shipping

Subscription orders follow our standard Shipping Policy. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order anywhere in the United States, and orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

If a payment fails

If we cannot process a subscription payment, we will contact you so you can update your payment details. Your next delivery may be delayed until the payment succeeds. We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be processed.

Satisfaction guarantee

Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as everything else we sell. It is described in full in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Requesting a refund for one subscription order does not cancel the subscription. If you do not want future orders, cancel the subscription separately.

Promotional pricing

We may occasionally offer introductory pricing, discounts, coupon codes or other subscription promotions. Promotional offers may carry additional terms, eligibility requirements or expiration dates, disclosed with the offer. Unless we say otherwise, a promotional price does not continue indefinitely on future subscription orders.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any change is posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Changes affecting an existing subscription are handled in accordance with applicable law.
