Welcome to wildridge.pet. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the site and purchases made from Wildridge LLC ("Wildridge") through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing one you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method given.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, availability, or incorrect pricing. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Charges appear on your statement as WILDRIDGE LLC.

3. Pricing errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we may correct the error and cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken, we refund it.

4. Product availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel that item or the order and provide a refund.

5. Order cancellations

You may request cancellation on the same calendar day the order was placed, provided it has not already shipped or reached a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible. Contact info@wildridge.pet as soon as possible.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, transport disruption, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of shipment, contact us. We will investigate and, when appropriate, offer your choice of a replacement or a refund. This may not apply where the failure results from an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances caused by the recipient.

7. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on products bought directly from wildridge.pet. It is described in full in our Returns & Refund Policy, which governs how it works and what it covers.

8. Subscriptions and automatic renewals

When you enroll in a subscription you authorize Wildridge and its payment provider to charge your payment method at the frequency and price disclosed when you subscribe, including applicable taxes and shipping. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from the link in every order and delivery email we send you. Cancelling before your next order is processed prevents the next charge and shipment. Cancelling stops future orders but does not ordinarily cancel an order already processed or shipped.

If we change the price of your subscription we will tell you in advance, before the new price applies to a future recurring order. Full detail is in our Subscription Policy.

9. Promotional offers and coupon codes

We may offer coupons, discounts, promotional codes and other offers. Promotions may carry separate terms, expiration dates, product restrictions or eligibility requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined; where two offers can be used together, we say so at checkout. We may modify or discontinue a promotion, and may reject fraudulent or unauthorized use of a code.

10. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, ingredients, sizes, nutritional information and images accurately. Packaging, appearance and formulations may change. Please review the actual product packaging and labeling before use.

11. Pet health and veterinary disclaimer

Information on wildridge.pet is general and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Every animal is different, and nutritional requirements vary with age, breed, size, activity, allergies, medical conditions, medications and overall health.

If you have questions about whether a Wildridge product suits your pet, particularly if your pet has a medical condition, allergy or special dietary requirement, consult your veterinarian. Never disregard professional veterinary advice because of something you read on this site.

12. Website content and intellectual property

The Wildridge name, the Wildridge Family Farms name, logos, packaging designs, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, website content and other materials on wildridge.pet are owned by or licensed to Wildridge LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our content without permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

14. Third-party services and links

The site links to and uses services provided by third parties, including our payment processor and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the independent websites, services, privacy practices or actions of third parties.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wildridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing here is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our products, services, policies or applicable requirements. Updated Terms are posted here with a revised "last updated" date.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
